Intended Use

The ADPS™ BRAF Mutation Test kit v1 is a real–time PCR assay for qualitative detection of 4 somatic mutations in codon 600 of the BRAF gene.
DNA extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded samples of tissue biopsy or circulating cell-free DNA extracted from liquid biopsy can be used.
The kit is for in vitro diagnostic use by trained professionals in a laboratory setting. -
